With enough forsight, I can provide for the boredom factor. Usually with some variety of goof-off work. I would rather be learning with my spare time, but it's hard to push yourself.
The pay cut would provide with a very busy workday (plus getting to know new people, and a new layout) but I'd have to adjust a lot of things in my life. Right now that's not a good trade off.
tough one. but I think I'd stick with the boredom (since it's dead time that's boring you, right? time that, in theory, you could use to do interesting things)
Indeed. It just requires a kick in the but sometimes. I borrowed a book on Linux red hat, and right this second my progeny laptop just locked up. Here's something to fill my time... and look at that! 10 minutes till I can leave!
