Thursday night someone knocked the driver side mirror off my car. No note, just a pile of debris and an intact mirror. My replacement is on order, but apparently won't arrive to tomorrow. At least it game me an excuse to get the overhead light bulb replaced. It's still drivable, but I tend to stick in the left hand land as much as possible and don't pass people.

Friday night I stopped in at a Mad Hatter birthday party, and experimented with alcohol and tea (a classier Four Loco, if you will);. I was uncomfortable and quiet for abit, and after a while a switch clicked and I relaxed. The night grew cozier, but I decided to leave around two. I had a sufficienly good night, and was nervous about driving late at night with the missing mirror. Then I'd have to explain why I was wearing fuzzy pants. It's a whole big thing.

Saturday. Lots of sleeping in and down time. I suffered through Clash of the Titans. Somewhat pretty movie, but it suffered from a serious lack of soul. The "man against the gods" revision of the story didn't quite work for me. I like my Greek myths less post-modern and atheist driven. It's also a bad idea to piss off the gods when they can curse you, and summon monsters to blow up your cities. Richard Dawkins 0, Hades 1. The second day back at the gym kicked my ass, so I passed on part two of the birthday party.

Sunday I drove up for a very small Warhammer tournament. I lost, won, and drew a game, but picked up an award for Best Sports. I'm making a killing on the soft scores these days. I returned home and wolfed down some salmon, and got roped into watching some of the last season of Battlestar Galactica with my roommate. The plot makes more sense on the second viewing, but I imagine the ending will still annoy me.

There you have it! Tonight I attempt to see a movie and have a few beers with my Warhammer friends, and poke my head into Ceremony, before passing out.
