I met with Mishak for lunch today, and introduced him to the "Blade Runner Cafe" in Chinatown. A few of the stalls were closed or out of business, but there atmosphere was the same, down to the bright neon seats, juice bar, and cool Raver Girl who always works at the Thai restaurant. We discussed the value work has in our society and the quest for scorpion bowls and cool movies.
As I walking back from lunch, I saw a sign in the window of a Chinese DVD store. Lured in, I made a purchase on a hunch. When I returned home, I confirmed my hunch. Now, for the announcement:
