The secret ingredient is cumin

We'll start with Spitcurl and a scrumptious trout dish.
Fast forward to Sunday for catfish etouffe (spelling is off, but dinner was so on! Yumm!)
And tonight, tonight was lemon chicken over spinach fettuccini with a nice pinot grigio with Annabelle (for whom I must dance for tomorrow, as well as myself).
The movie of the night was Strictly Ballroom, and as silly as the style was sometime, it was a very entertaining and exciting film. I do believe I was drooling at some points, but I'm not sure. ;)
