jchrisobrienI summed up Friday pretty nicely already.
Saturday some of the fellas came over for some Warhammer. I got a couple of fun games in (a win and a loss), and grilled up some tasty burgers (veggie and not). I overesimated how much food I needed, but since there was another cookout the next day, no big loss. I was bushed from the night before, not to mention a lazy afternoon of slinging dice and drinking ciders, so I spent the evening in, playing more Resistance 2 and reveled in being a homebody.
Sunday I slept in late, cleaned up and gamed some more, then had a minor RB marathon with Matt. We cashed in our Goth cards and rocked out to Iron Maiden for an hour. I forgot how good the bass player is, and actually flunked out a few songs on bass! At least I'll be well challenged in the future. After wrapping that up I caught the tail end of Mishak's cookout. I had plenty of time to relax, eat more tasty burgers, and imbibe before an impromptu movie with lots of popcon. Somehow I found all the butter in the bowl. Don't blame me, theamazingjb!
