winter's on the wing

The weekend was warm and sunny, a sneak preview of the warm days awaiting us. I can't say I accomplished a whole lot this weekend, outside of watching a few movies and painting some miniatures. I did get caught up on Dollhouse, and am enjoying it. The more painting I get done in the next few weeks, the more time I'll have more for outdoors pursuits in the spring. Xmortis was more fun than I expected, packed wall to wall with people, with a nice surprise at the end of the night.

I'm clean shaven once again, after two weeks of fuzziness.

My sub frame arrived at my mechanic's today. Since the part is keeping the front of my car from dropping, I guess you could call tomorrow's job a front line assembly. Ha ha ha! Good thing I have some money put away, and get paid again on Thursday.

We saw lots of Canada geese on Sunday, eating, sitting, walking, and flying. Plus I'm hearing song birds in the bushes outside my home office more now. :)
