I have just ordered the special edition DVD, so no you can't get that for me for my birthday. I'm doing my part to make that movie happen!

Joss could take the wussy option and make a prequal to Serenity.

He could do the more challenging option and have bits of Wash and Book shown in flashback scenes.

He could take the wacky route and clone them. or make them into robots. or zombies! Zombie robot clones! The possibilities are endless.

the special edition DVD wasn't all that special. most of the stuff on the extras DVD is stuff you've already seen on the internet anyway.
