jchrisobrien: (big trouble!)

After the results of my sleep study this week, I'll know whether I need a new mattress or not.  Getting out of debt would be nice, but why should I be different than the rest of you?  That just leads to putting on airs.  I can look forward to solid nights of deep, restful sleep.  While I"m at it, some new footwear may be a necessary commodity.  Some good waterproof boots for sure, since winter is coming up.

Edit:  Mattresses are EXPENSIVE.  Just a statement of fact

Yes, they are expensive, and usually not returnable. Not, at any rate, after taking them out of their wrap and sleeping on them (unless there's a defect). So, make sure to shop around and take your time deciding what it is you want. I bought a mattress a few months ago, and I fear I didn't make the right decision. Now I'm stuck with it. It's hard, though, to "test drive" a mattress unless you can take at least a nap on one, which is usually not feasible.

Right now, I'm testing driving my roommates, which is much harder than mine (!) That can help me determine what amount of hardness is right for me.

Man, I'm glad it's Wednesday!
