Portion control can be helpful when losing weight.  Portion control doesn't mean eating a handful of carrots before dinner, and then forgetting to EAT dinner.  I planned to, but returning from the gym at 10:00 means no dinner.  I had my usual breakfast this morning, but that means I'm wicked hungry now.

Can  I wait until 12:30 as usual?

Sometimes you just have to give into the munchies. Example: I just devoured a crispy chicken sandwich from Wendy's on our walk back from the post office =0

I still plan on eating my salad later, too - not that that makes up for the sandwich or anything - but I know I'll be hungry.

It's already begun. I'll try to hold out until 3 when I normally have a snack. Except said snack (an apple) is in my fridge.

I think I'm finally going to try to go to Redline tonight, have you been yet?

Still haven't been. Not sure if I'm gonna make it anywhere tonight - fish need new water, there's job stuff to be done, and preparing to leave for the weekend - and I'm tired, so tired. Then again, I haven't been out on a Wednesday in FOREVER - so maybe...

I rather liked the Redline when I went. Definitely a sit with friends and chill kind of night. Very good music. Rather enjoyed that evening.
