setting trends

jchrisobrienSaturday: threw some dice, had a decent time. Ended up going to Toast later in the night. I didn't meet the person I thought I would, danced a bit, drank a little too much.
Sunday: more painting and prep work, had great curry and DND, but genral inactivity amongst our party led to us being more spectators than instigators. Things weren't as bleak as we thought, and soon we'll have something new.
Monday: Monday rocked. I took a vacation day, went running early on, then picked up Tegin and rendezvoused with theamazingjb for an Angel marathon. There was dip, mushroom pasta, and a cornocopia of tasty beverages. We cruised through the better part of the second season which highlighted Angel's descent into darkness and his climb out. A really good arc, and really good company.
We closed the night out by going to Ceremony. The club was very full, both with new faces and old. The music was on, again, and this time so was my dancing. Despite the drinking during the day and at the club, I didn't feel bad at all. A very nice change of pace.
I've passed through my first really tired spell of the day. One more to go, then I can rest easy at home. I'm getting back to the gym, which will help a lot in many ways. *looks back at his entry* wouldn't mind kicking up the language a little bit, either.
