On the way home last night, I walked up all the steps in Porter Sq station and crossed the street to the Cambridge Music Shop, where I picked up a box fo ten reeds and a Sonata for piano and saxophone. Now there is nothing standing between me and playing my saxophone again after a dozen years or so.
Unless the saxophone doesn't work.

Date: 2006-01-04 05:32 pm (UTC)I've been pondering taking up the French horn again. But I was never all that great, and I think it would be pretty rough on my TMJ. Still .... very temptingg, especially since you can now get a horn on Amazon for a reasonable price...
