Scientific method

I swear to God I'd be a happier person if I could get a good night's sleep.  The miserable sleep patterns are back, and I don't know whether it's the humidity or my mattress that's the problem.  Maybe sleeping on a different mattress will help, so tonight I'll thrown the old futon from my couch on my bed, and see if there is any kind of improvement.  Went back to yoga yesterday too, which I hope will help on the meditative front as well.

I blame the humidity first, then stress.
Tomorrow night and possibly Friday, I'll be sleeping on a water bed.

I'll report any changes in sleeping patterns!

I think your lost sleep hours came to live with me. As soon as they let me stay awake I'll send 'em back :)
Damn, it was insomnia for a few months and now I can't *stop* sleeping.

I think I'd prefer the sleeping all the time, unless you get too much sleep, which can throw you off in a different manner.

Still not sleeping. Want to go home now.
