Last night I was introduced to New Ginza in Watertown.  It was like that scene in Harry Met Sally, but imagine your parents are in the room next door and you had to keep really quiet.  Oh my god.  The regular nigiri and maki were very good, and I got sushi face from them (AND from the black marlin).  But it was the specialty rolls.  Expensive?  Yes.  Worth it?  yes Yes YES!  At various times my fingers curled and clutched the cushion I sat on.  Chopsticks dropped from weakened fingers.  Eyes rolled back into heads, which slumped against the wall.  Even after the meal, waves of euphoria surged through me like little after shocks, like that feeling when you're coming down and no no no wait I'm back up!  Your mileage may vary of course, but if eating good sushi gets to you, then get to New Ginza.

Just be sure to bring a change of shorts.

We were there from around 7:30 to 9, tucked away behind the front entrance. You must have been further in.
