If all goes according to plan, I will be soon in the middle of a variety of gamers and goths, consuming lots of delectable food and sangria.
If plans go awry, I will have enough food and drink to last me for a good long time. :)
A friend of mine looked at me funny over lunch the other day. "You've been in a good mood for two weeks now. What's going on?"
"Nothing," I replied.
Nothing except I'm happy with how my life is going. The biggest concern I have now is making sure I have enough money to take with me to DragonCon at the end of August. The fact that this is my biggest concern should tell you how fabulous things have been lately. Not fabulous in an exciting, passionate way. It's more of a smooth, mellow, content sort of fabulous. The possibility of great things about to happen. A newfound sense of good tidings. I'll be going to a rave tonight for the first time in a while, hopefully dancing til I drop.
My, this batch of sangria is mighty tasty.
I still have to sample the third pitcher. Quality control is very important, after all. :)
