It seems to want to stay

This was a quiet weekend. Gaming goodness on Sunday, an attempt to watch Versus Saturday night (foiled by a defective DVD). I threw out a lot of clothing that didn't fit me anymore, and bought some new clothes for work: a few nice pants, a few shirts, and other fairly boring clothing that is nonetheless necessary. The week is filling up with things to do, again on the low key scale, but I must take time for processing.

I went in twice today with the intention of shaving. After several longs looks in the mirror, the beard still remains. I may leave it in for another two weeks. Then again, I think I’m just getting into the irritating scratchy phase.

Tonight brings cards (and an attempt to put some of my thinking into practice), a reading, and picking up my skirt.

I have to say I was surprised. It performed really well, had good defense, was fun to play, and have a variety of offense. More importantly, I felt good about the overall performace (even though it was a tie.)

I took a gamble in my league game and paid for it, but that was fine. Any loss is just a lesson in tightening your deck!
