1. called me recruiting agency, will follow up a lead tomorrow.
2. searched last Sunday’s and Monday’s Globe want ads
3. applied for a replacement social security card (so I can get cracking with RHT).
4. added more screens to the windows in the house.
5. repaired my bedroom windows so I can open them w/out propping them up.

Tonight I will most likely begin painting one of my armies for sale. This will probably take me a few weeks, so either I will have a job when it's done, or some cash for a well painted army.

Energy levels are low, because there is little food in the house, and for other obvious temperature related reasons.
While some kind of smoothie would taste really nice now, I will settle for water. Until my pay pal money comes in, and my next check arrives. I have taken living from paycheck to paycheck to a new level.

As for now, time for another shower.

Heh. I call them at least twice a week! I also check their job post site. I just remembered to start looking at Craigslist too, and applied to two jobs on that website.

If it was expense that kept you from smoothie goodness, you can keep smoothie-making materials around the house wicked cheap -- some frozen berries (or even canned fruit; canned papaya rocks for this), ice, and yogurt and you are good to go, for more than one serving. (Then there's the OJ and buttermilk and ice version, and so on.)

Well, you need a blender, too.

I thought about having a smoothie today, but then I didn't. So you also need, I guess, the ambition to act on the notion.

I have the ambition and the frozen fruit, and the blender, and the ice.

I'll see what I can afford to pick up tomorrow.

Some frozen OJ concentrate and a bit of plain yogurt and you're golden!

Funny you mention that. I was planning to bring the leftover peaches, a new bag of mixed berries, and the coconut rum to game. Oh yes, there will be smoothie/frozen drink goodness.
