How about that?

My co-worker informed me of a problem on our new image: no one can add printers anymore. I hadn't done anything other than add Office 2007 and XP sp3 to our new image, so I didn't know what the problem was.

We tried looking in the group policy editor, and lo and behold a bunch of folders were missing that should be there!

30 seconds of googling led me to a web page that showed me how to restore the missing folders. The printing issue is still up in the air.
