Another action packed weekend looms.  Perhaps packed with TOO much action.  We will see how things pan out.

The work week was pretty busy, which was a nice change.  Outside of work has been quiet, lots of staying in this week and painting.  I watched a couple of good movies: Splinter (a Latino gang movie with a healthy twist of Memento), and Behind the Mask: the rise of Leslie Vernon (budding serial killer hires a documentary crew to chronicle his big debut in a sleepy town).  Video camera movies seem all the rage now (Cloverfield, the upcoming Diary of the Dead), but Behind the Mask was a lot of fun, and did include a lot standard movie cinematography shooting in it.  I'd recommed it to my horror fan friends.

They say when it rains it pours, and that every dog has his day.  Are those thunderclouds looming?  Is that a bone in my dinner bowl?  Again, with the seeing and panning (and frustratingly vague journal entries).

See you on the other side of the weekend...
