Moving right along.
Oct. 1st, 2003 04:02 pmYesterday was good for two main reasons: Our local liquor shop has Strongbow in stock, and lots of it! In additional to that tasty news, I started a new gym membership at the Arlington fitness center: I ran for half an hour, then went through my old weight routine. I misjudged how heavy the free weights were, and nearly hurt myself on the bench press. I took it easy on the other exercises, slowly easing my way back into things. I'll be exploring the various machines, and altering my lifting schedule and weights to keep things interesting. It's good to alter your routine every 3-4 weeks, to work different muscle groups and keep yourself from being bored.
I'm a little heavier than I like, but I'm sure that will soon cease to be an issue.
