South Park. Invader Zim. Sea lab 2021. Harvey Birdman. Strange, twisted, and sometimes disgusting cartoons for adults. Mindless candy for the mind. And yet their funny sayings and scenes will pop unbidden into my head during a bad day at work, or a slow day, or ANY day. I'll hear Cartman or Zim in my mind, replay little scenes of an irreverent look at the relationship of Race Bannon and Dr. Quest, or picture Murphey trapped under the soda machine. And I'll chuckle, and it will completely transform my day.
