Bad Start

I dream of violent churches and panicked escapes.
I try to raise the blinds, the casing breaks.
I send many minutes wrestling with a stuck window and almost lost a finger when it slams down.
On the plus side, work is very quiet this morning. Which is fortunate, because bringing this ship up to full speed is a long and laborious project. It is a fine and wonderful ship, however, and I'm glad to be sailing it.
