Little setbacks...
Mar. 4th, 2002 12:40 pmThe weekend could have been better. But it could have been worse.
There were some stupid and disappointing incidents. Getting locked out of my house, no one showing up to get a game in on Saturday, staying up late and wasting things on stupidity again. Falling off the wagon.
But there were good incidents. Hanging out and getting a nice buzz Friday night. Seeing Queen of the Damned and pulling off a successful surprise birthday party. Having a nice day having out afterwards, and playing DND. Realizing that I worry too much about some things. Shocker, that.
I still need to do something about it. Coding and debugging the software that is my life, to borrow a metaphor from a friend. Right now just isn't the best time to do it.
