Better do this now, as I won't be in the mood when I get back from the club.

Today was very quite, at work, at home. Very little in the way of distractions or heavy thought. Not that it was shallow, just quiet. It's good to have that stillness, when nothing bothers you. No anxiety, no fears, no concerns. Just you and your dinner, which happens to be a mushroom-pepper-onion omelette.

I went back to the gym today, after about a week off. I'm still adjusting to going 5 days a week. Run, lift, run, lift, run. Lather, rinse, repeat. I'm not sure how much more good it does, as I don't seem to be changing much. It's funny, before coming to Boston I was tired of being skinny, and was working out to get a better physique. Now that I get here, and look pretty decent, the "look" is skinny guys. Too bad I wasn't here in high school... ah well. There's nothing wrong with being in shape, and for someone who sits in front of a computer all day, exercise is very important. Fortunately, dancing counts as exercise, and that is what I'm about to do.
