jchrisobrienMmm. I bought the album im listening to a while ago, and barely listened to it. Now I'm amazed I haven't listened to it earlier.
I'd like to thank everyone who gave me advise over the past few days. This past weekend was the cumulation of a lot of stress that had built up in every aspect of my life, all detonating at once. The explosion actually was helpful. It's hard to write about, but I think I've realized some important points. You can be told something over and over, but it never sinks in when you're wrapped up. Your arms encircle you for protection, but they can also block yourself off. You have to let your arms down so you can hear, open your eyes to see.
I have already put my plan in motion, or not-plan. I'm stepping away from some of my hobbies, finding some others to take their place. I'm altering my daily schedule, breaking free of the rut I was/am in. I will find time this weekend to go for a drive somewhere and just relax or walk around. And then there's the next step to relaxing, which is letting go of what pains you and moving on.
