Chef of Ecstasy (spell checked and edited!)

Saute some onions and mushrooms in butter.
Add some sliced chicken breast.
Let it cook with the lid on to trap the moisture.
Add some of CLAY'S KICKASS NEPALI homemade curry powder.
Let cook on low heat until the jasmine rice and the steamed carrots are ready.
Serve over the rice, with a glass of Shiraz.

Mmmmmmmmm.....
