Twenty six minutes or so from now,my mini-vacation begins. Last minute supplies must be rounded up at EMS and the army navy store, and then it's off to Wildfire. The weather will be much warmer this time around, if wetter. Some of the best times of my first Wildfire involved playing ultimate frisbee in the rain, and cooling off afterwards *grins*. I'm signed up for my volunteer shifts, have extra fuel, plan on safety, burning, and breathing a lot, and learning new tricks. Everything else is gravy.

Hello.
For transcoders if you want the best picture then buy AnyDVD and use recode, best settings are advanced analysis, assign best quality to main movie, and high quality (slow recording). For movies that need alot of compression you can go into the registry and and set it to max smooth for the best possible picture, but it will take longer to transcode.
