Sin-O-Matic

How can a night be so much fun and so frustrating at the same time?

The night started with finding a little common ground with someone who I thought didn't like me at all. I'm still not quite sure whether that was a fluke, or an actual window towards becoming friends with someone. The club was awesome in all it's usual ways: great dancing, great music, great bartenders. It was frustrating in that I was constantly meeting new people, taking the initiative, and never having it work out. I tried, but never tried too hard. It's painful to constantly take that leap and crash down at the bottom. But if you don't take that leap, you will never get anywhere.

At least I tried.

it's really hard to take that first step. but keep doing it. with the right people at the right time, it will lead to good friendships. at worst, it will lead to pleasant interactions. which is really all you can hope for in a club, right?
