quick notes from the past few days
Friday - Clubbing was definitely off, but having some drinks while watching Blade Runner was nice.
Saturday - Plans scuppered due to being parked in by my neighbors. Boo!
Sunday - Another year, another awesome cookout. I do love seeing our house filled with happy, cool people. We kicked eight gallons of sangria, maybe next year I'll go for ten!
Monday - Finally I got some Warhammer in, after the clean up. Ceremony didn't happen due to extreme exhaustion. I felt lame, then went to bed and forgot about it.
Tuesday - the fire on the Red Line. While other people whined about the lack of buses or the fire, I manned up and walked from the Commons, to Charles St. to the Longfellow Bridge, through MIT, to Mass Ave (in the rain.) The worst part of the trip? The hot and sweat bus ride to Harvard Sq! Later there were fun times watching "The Assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford." At several points, Casey Affleck has a scar resemblance to your's truly. Also, guys should wear more vests. I plan on it this fall.
Wednesday - Picnics by the river can be fun. Picnics by the river at dusk, with mosquitoes, and goose poop? FAIL. Still, the evening was saved by watching drunk Irish comedians.
Thrusday - I find myself with an unexpected free night? How best to fill it? *rubs chin*
