listen to your stomach

I ate a lot of takeout food, from a place that is traditionally good, but found myself semi-nauseous after each meal.  I can understand the General Gau's; I don't eat much fried stuff and the glaze on it is extra sugary.  The fried rice was just bad, and there was too much brown sauce on the "healtier" meal.  Even the pineapple fried rice got to be a bit (but that could be because I hadn't eaten all day, and there was just too much of it).

During the week I eat much healthier, and even though it might not show ON my body yet, it's definitely showing IN my body.
Later this week, I make my first home-made batch of soup.  It should be delicious.

The update of other stuff will occur tomorrow, tonight poi and Ceremony are taking a back seat to a St. Patrick's day party.  Slainte!

good luck on the soup luv.....the only thing that really messes those buggers up is too much salt.....and don't give up if it is not what you want....listen to your tongue and nose, they will tell you what to add and take away.

I plan on being very cautious about the salt. My roommat's soup comes out great, so I'm following her lead when it comes to the recipie.
