backing up before going forward

Today drags.

This morning I was convinced it was the weekend, but the weekend is two days away.  ARGH.

Last night was much more fun than expected.  The Ramrod is twice as big as I thought, and the drinks are ever so nice.  I spent most of the night talking, which was just fine, but I did get some time in on the dance floor.  Someone had a nice fedora on, I forgot to compliment you on that. *grins*  We partied like it was the weekend, which in retrospect might have been a mistake.

I jumped back on the running bandwagon after work, going at slower speeds for fat burning and less cardio.  We'll see how it goes.  If there aren't any major changes, I'll go back to the cardio level.  Overall I'm pretty happy with how the exercize is coming along.

Lemme know when/if you want someone to run with. I usually run 4 miles at fat-burnin' speed (also known as "slow").
