Inspiration strikes in the oddest of places
I cannot in good conscience recommend Blood Angels. It is not a good movie. It's not even awesome. Well, parts of it really are awesome. DoughBoy for humor, Moneca Delain for being delicious, the surprise cameo by Hunter S. Thompson was what really endeared the movie to me. There were actual moments of brilliance in the dialog, a brief glimmering of Whedon-ness. Alas, those were quickly staked and left to die in the sun. Yet, the movie inspired me to re-write the dialog. Maybe if I do that I'll find a brave volunteer to watch the movie and replace the actual dialog with my own. Be assured that copious alcohol will be supplied for any brave soul willing to undertake this quest.
Oh, I'll have to re-score this movie too, because bad Rob Zombie clones are NOT what you hear at a rave.
Time to pack, and prepare for my trip this weekend.

Here's an example of a re-written (or added) scene. Doughboy and the DJ vampire are looking at songs to play. She holds up a cope of "Bela Lugosi's Dead" Douughboy shakes his head and say "Who's that?" She then digs out a copy of "Cry Little Sister." Doughboy gives the thums down and says "Too slow. This is a rave, baby!" He looks through the records and pulls out/starts to play "Confusion (verions from beginning of Blade). The vampire DJ says "That's played out, 'baby'".
The Hunter S. Thompson moment HAS to stay in there.
