Monday Afternoon Crash

Work's been slow today, I'm keeping up on stuff as it comes in. 

I get the post lunch crashes really hard lately.  I lose any and all energy and just want to sleep from about 1 until 4.  I picked up a small chili thinking some protein might help:  no dice.  Same for some green tea.  I might just have to buckle down and sleep this off.

Any suggestions for getting more energy during the day?  Multivitimns perhaps?

My breakfast was lame today: 2 pieces of oatmeal bread. I usuall would add yogurt or eggs with that, but forgot the yogurt today.

It sounds like I should be eating my lunch for breakfast, and vice versa! It's worth a try.

In general, having food spaced more evenly throughout the day can be a god send. Your blood sugar could be tanking.
