Monday Afternoon Crash
Work's been slow today, I'm keeping up on stuff as it comes in.
I get the post lunch crashes really hard lately. I lose any and all energy and just want to sleep from about 1 until 4. I picked up a small chili thinking some protein might help: no dice. Same for some green tea. I might just have to buckle down and sleep this off.
Any suggestions for getting more energy during the day? Multivitimns perhaps?

Also, getting enough sleep the night before is always good. :) Try going for a walk after eating to get the blood flowing again.
Go for the black tea mid afternoon, it's got more punch than green.
This advice not to be confused with useful knowledgeable advice from a licensed practitioner of nutrition etc.

It sounds like I should be eating my lunch for breakfast, and vice versa! It's worth a try.
