another slice of fried gold

Toast.  Not much dancing done, but lots of talking (even babbling at some points.  That goofy, trying to have a conversation and kinda getting lost and feeling sheepish kind of conversation you only see in the movies or TV).  I'm sure I was amusing.

Overslept.  Walked to T station, found I left my wallet at home just before getting past the turnstiles at Alewife.  Walked back.  Took the bus.  Enjoyed the beautiful weather while I walked.

Good surprise.  Found my tax forms in my mailbox.  I can now take a big chunk out of my federal taxes.  Speaking of taxes, my state taxes are PAID OFF.  Just in time to get a rebate from the state.  Win freaking win!

Better surprise.  Had a great talk with my boss, who said I was doing a hell of a job.  This was before the review, which probably won't be for a few weeks yet.  That felt Really Good. 

Time to go walk in the gorgeous weather for a bit.
