Sweet!

Sushi dinner and company was excellent.
Now my roommate is brewing mead.
And we are rocking out to Schoolhouse Rock on shuffle play.

All I need are a pair of footy pajamas and I'm all set.

Course, when I was younger, I wasn't drinking mead while rocking out to Schoolhouse Rock.

The benefits ofage.

Footy pajaaaaamas!
Amusingly, I actually own two pairs. They are the best thing ever for lounging around the house in when it's cold and rainy outside.
I tend to use them as a sort of 'uniform' for when I do Art Modeling stuff in the colder months. Just don't forget to button your coat if you wear them outside of the house, like I have. I was running to catch the T once, and my coat came open. Wearing footy pajamas with a long leather trenchcoat and combat boots will really get you odd looks on the T.

My lounging is usually restricted to a nice robe and slippers, or t shirt and painting pants. I should wear my painting pants on the T sometime, they would get some looks for sure!

You most likely also didn't have the option of shuffle play and would have thought sushi was gross ;)

I could jump from track to track on my 8 track player, and I liked fish sticks. Does that count?

Oooo! I want to try mead! Mmmm...

That can be arranged!

your roommate does not exist on LJ. therefore, she is invisible to us all. :-P

She lives somewhere between the real world and the Matrix... a land where the mead flows like water!

My god does that girl know how to brew!
Really, as a someone who's been doing the SCAdian thing for over a decade, I've tasted a wide selection of meades.
I can think of one person who might be able to compete with her in a mead brewing showdown.

aahhh, that sounds so much nicer than these bleak landscapes that we typically inhabit.

It's good any time of the day. It will be even better once I commission a batch from her!
