Positive gaming stuff

I had two draws this weekend with my latest Warhammer list. I'm rather satisfied with that, and think the configuration is just about right. Today I played in a VTES tournament for the first time in months, made it to the final, finished 4th and won some sweet new cards. The day wasn't too stressful either, I may start making more of an appearance at the store.

Updates about Machine to follow tomorrow, but it was a good time. I'm just not too talkative at the moment.

We have a pretty regular group up here, including a number of guys who have won national and international events. It can be a pretty tough environment!

Heh. I'm sure the Jyhad marked cards aren't allowed and that's pretty much all I have *laugh*
I've managed to get a few people out here playing, but there's only one other guy that really plays it.

Yeah, you did quite well considering the long layoff. If I can get some time in the next couple weeks, I'll give you some pointers about the metagame (and in particular, a way to exploit it).

Thanks! You can probably catch me online, and I should be at the store tonight. Another big thing for me to do is tune some of the more situational contingencies out of my decks, and go for things that will work all the time, instead of relying on certain cards being played.
