I was looking up The Greater Wrong of the Right (the new Skinny Puppy album) to double check the songs on it, so I checked Amazon.com for it.

They have a Better Together section, where you can order Civilization (the new FLA album) at the same time for a discount.

I was very surprised to see that, and quietly amused.

a lot of that stuff is user based, i think, so maybe a bunch of people bought those two albums at the same time, and the big amazon computer took note and made them a package deal, or some user recommend them together. but yeah it's weird to see how other musical tastes match up with your own in the great amazon userbase.

I still find it surprising at all to see bands like Skinny Puppy and Front Line Assembly on Amazon! If I didn't have them already, that would have been a sweet deal.
