Oddly enough, I was looking for men's clothing online this week and came across Asylum's website--they moved to DC and changed their store name to Stark Raving Mad. They don't have a functioning online shop yet but at least their home page has the new phone number, maybe they can help you out...

I have the drab green version of the same pants. In fact, I am wearing them in this picture, though you canot see them.

That one place on Newbury St. What's it called? It's like downstairs from the bike shop and Allston Beat, and next door to the condom store. Fuck! What's it called?

Well anyway, they told me once that they can special order clothes. And I know they carry Illig shiznit.

It's Ozone. They don't carry Illig anymore because "their fall line of clothing sucks."

Maybe they will still do a mail order, unless they have totally cut their ties with the store.

I'm hoping to take a look in NYC when I go to visit my aunt at the end of the month.

This store is just around the corner from my apartment - 2309 18th Street, NW in Adams Morgan.

Will keep an eye out for anything else that's interesting.

Oh... one more thing...
They changed their name because there was already a business in the neighborhood with the name Asylum. It's a club/restaurant in Adams Morgan which caters to kindred spirits. ;-)
