What a shiny happy day

My car won't start. This throws my plans off for going to the gym today. Hopefully, it's only a drained battery. I'll see if my roommate has jumper cables when he gets home.
I was going to go on about some other petty annoyances around the house, but before I could type them out, I realized how petty they are.

I am still in better shape and better looking than half the Americans out there. So there.

My mood is not sunny even by half, I'm trying to focus on other things. I sent out more resumes today, and called my recruiters. It's something.

There's food on the grill. That's something.

I try to look or get something out every day. It might be overkill, but I'm feeling the pressure.

Rather, I'm letting the pressure get to me.

Need to fix that.

It's not overkill especially if there are jobs out there that are at your level, etc. Having a regular schedule of one or two a day is probably better than being sporadic about it.

To me, overkill is when I send the same company a similar resume as I did a month or two before. But its for a different job so it's not like they can yell at me (in letter or email form) when they never contacted me one way or the other in the first place...
