What a shiny happy day

My car won't start. This throws my plans off for going to the gym today. Hopefully, it's only a drained battery. I'll see if my roommate has jumper cables when he gets home.
I was going to go on about some other petty annoyances around the house, but before I could type them out, I realized how petty they are.

I am still in better shape and better looking than half the Americans out there. So there.

My mood is not sunny even by half, I'm trying to focus on other things. I sent out more resumes today, and called my recruiters. It's something.

There's food on the grill. That's something.

Sounds like my unproductive day. I rescued it by making gazpacho and the batter for summer squash pancakes.

I didn't even bother looking at jobs stuff since I did that yesterday (very little appears on a daily basis, and if it does a day or a week later won't even make a difference).
