Quiet Time
Mar. 28th, 2014 12:06 amMarch was largely quiet. I had a good set of games at the Crossroads Spring Break GT, and tomorrow I'll leave quite early in the morning for another GT in Baltimore. I've cleared up a few hurdles in my life since things went topsy turvy in February, but all of those issues won't be full resolved until the beginning of May. Against all odds, my friend Nate found an exact duplicate of my old car at an auction. I've already ordered the same model car (except one year newer and without a moon roof). Now I have to choose! Once I take a look at all the financial info, I'll be able to make a better decision.
The dating thing didn't quite happen. The thought struck me tonight as I was sipping some tea that I'm awfully content as I am, living the single life and doing my thing. I get the occasional urge to fix my current situation, but I'm not devoting any real effort to it. Part of that is the desire to let my life get back on track, and part of that is just the "gosh, you're a swell guy Chris and you're doing just fine as you are." Maybe in a month that will change, and once the warm weather returns I'll more inspired to pursue options.
Well, I have to be up in under six hours. Have a great weekend everyone, and you'll see me out and about more soon.
