I never liked the St. Patrick's day story. My early dreams of being a herpetologist clashed with my strong Catholic upbringing, so I could never side with St. Patrick over the snakes. Later I learned it was a metaphor for driving out various pagan beliefs. I still wasn't any keener on it.
Still, since the U.S. decided to give the Irish their very own holiday, I'll play along and dress in green for the day.

1094. That's not a date in history, that's how much the car will cost. That's six bucks under what I expected! I'll use my savings to partake in some Irish cider, and call it a win. It would please me greatly now that I've had my door, front axle assembly, and sub frame repaired, that nothing else break up in my car for a good long while, thank you.
