Friday's Xmortis was a downer, but birthday drinks more than made up for it.
Saturday I met a new local Warhammer gamer, lost a few games, then made old fashioned popcorn and watched The Phantom Menace and Once More With Feeling. There was drinking, and singing, and frequent declarations of how crappy Jar Jar was. All in all, a great night.
Sunday there was lots of rain and muggyness during our DND game. We certianly felt like we were in a tropical jungle. I also cleaned up the house for my roommate's return...
...except she wasn't back yet when I got up. Hopefully she just took some extra travel time and will be sleeping when I return. Possible plans for Ceremony and Spin Jam tonight, weather and mood permitting.
