Brief update over eggs
Jan. 21st, 2007 01:28 pmI had a brief relapse of my cold on Thursday, but shook it off Friday and got some big stuff done at work. I also came up with a project to help keep me busy between calls.
Saturday I drove down with a bunch of my Warhammer friends to Providence. I won my league game, and sat my other one out.
Hung out with Heatray a bit before Sin-o-matic. Started the night off great with good parking karma. Got a compliment on my skirt on the way in the doors. The night was fabulous. Great music, good friends, some pool, just the right amount of drinks, the return of old friends, no melencholy ... and a wonderful conversation that had been weeks in the making from an old friend. I felt warm all over, and it wasn't the alcohol! There was also late night pizza and zombies to end the night.
Now the eggs are gone. I'm packed and ready to go. I might even be early for a change!
