a delicious evening

Last night I had sushi with Nepenthe, and I swear we were both seeing stars and needed cigarettes.  The sushi was THAT good.  I rounded out the evening going to see Copal play at the Sky Bar.  They were fun to listen too, and the audience was encouraged to dance.  There was one guy there who was over the top theatrical.  That's fine.  When you are pulling focus from the band on the stage with your antics, out of time with the music, and almost crashing into peope... that's out of line.  Also, when the belly dancer on stage is performing, don't go out and dance in front of her!  Feh.

That aside, it was a good show.  I may go see them out again next week at the Enormous Room.

Data from the sleep study is all over the map now.  3,6,1,6 or so.  That's the number of times I awoke each night.  I'll try a new bed the next two nights, and try moving my mattress to the floor next. 

The weekend is chock full of goodness.  Let the Awesome begin!
