Friday night was a great party at Tegin and Forest's house. I had some nice talks, general good times, and woke up with words written on my arm. That's the sign of a good party.
Saturday saw a win and a loss at Warhammer, then the start of another looong evening of birthday madness. The highlight of the evening was having a table of girls snap a picture of me because I looked like Johnny Knoxville. They assured me it was a compliment. There was a cover band that started sounding good through their second set (I suppose the beerlistening had something to do with that, or the cute dancing girls). Either way, it was a pretty solid night, even if we did top if off with watching Doom. Semper Fi, motherfucker. What more is there really to say?
Sunday our Exalted group met up again, and we jumped back into the game in good style. I'm very excited to be running it again, and I have a lot of notes to jot down for next time. I tend to take some of my gaming fairly competitively, so it's good to have an outlet that's all about presentation, style, and just entertaining my friends. I also received a fabulous surprise gift that I hope to put to good use in the next few days. I was a little hesitant about watching the 40 year old virgin, but there was a lot of funny in it.
