The art interactive space had what felt like metal tile floors.  You could see wired running underneath them if you looked through the cracks, and some of the plates would shift if you stood on them.  The music was a bit of a surprise.  I was expecting techno and ebm styled industrial, but what I found was power noise, let's call it "new" industrial.  Whatever you call it, I found myself getting into it after a while, enough to finally go out and dance.  There was video to go along with the audio, and I'll be damned if it wasn't the rawest, nastiest dance floor I'd been on in a while.  I don't know if I could weather an evening of it, but it was good stuff while I was there.  I needed to take a break as I hadn't eaten all day, and Couplingchaos was kind enough to watch me wolf down a sub at Hi-Fi.  People scattered pretty quickly after the show, so perihelion and I ventured out to the Middle East, to "drink beers and look at the cute indie chicks".  Lots of good conversation was had, including a rush of venting as the night went on and exhaustion stole through my limbs.  A satisfactory evening, much needed after an arduous week.
