Yesterday was extremely frustrating and depressing. Then one of my co-workers mentioned that instead of spending 20 minutes on the phone talking someone through logging into our citrix page, I could just fax them the instructions.
I spent 20 minutes faxing this morning, and cut the stress out of my day by maybe, 90%
Well, damn.
It's blazingly hot outside, but the humidity is waaaaay down. The ride home should be very nice.
I too am finished with the Half Blood Prince. So worth my time. More on that later, once people have had chances to read & digest. The past few days I've seen about 4 people a day on the T with that big purle book. It made me smile.
