I went on a job interview yesterday. It seemed to go rather well. I sent out two more resumes today, postings that were passed on my friends, which might increase my chance of landing an interview.
I'll be going into work on Saturday for a bit, just to finish up some projects. I suppose I shouldn't care too much, but it helps make up the time I'm not getting paid for the holidays. Even though the Powers That Be don't see fit to treat me well at work, it doesn't mean I have to blow things off. I'll wrap up everything that needs to be done for the new hires on Monday, with plenty of time for exploring Egyptian tombs later.
After a few weeks of serious turmoil, things seem to be centering. I'm feeling very grounded at the moment, whole. Tonight I'll be shaking the pillars of Heaven, no doubt.
