My cube is a pit of darkness and despair

When I walk into the office this morning, I noticed that half the lights are out. The darkness is centered on the IT area. My first impression was that no one is there. As I walk to my cube, I can see Craig and Vanna working away, the only light coming from their computer screens. So now I'm sitting here, typing in the dark, occasionally turning on a desk lamp as I reformat computers.

Labor Day cookout

My roommate and I are throwing a cookout to commemorate the end of summer. Come and dine with us!

Date: Monday September 1st, Labor Day
Time: 3:00 on.
Place: 10 Hamilton Rd. Directions available upon request.
What to bring: We will have some chicken and the like for the grill, some vegetable burgers, and sangria! Bring anything else you fancy, the grill has a meatless side for any vegetarians out there.
